No twitching eye thing for me! I agree with other posters, I try to work out, it helps me let off some steam. And as far as laughter…I am all for it. Now and then, I like a good dose of “Office Space” or maybe “Old School” or something like that.

    I can't believe I didn't see this thread sooner.

For food, I try to surround myself with just the nastiest things on earth. ie, fibrous cereals, things birds and horses would eat. That way even if I do have crazy urges, I can never go overboard because the nastiness and the fibers just makes me stop.

I'm a Cross-fitter and I'm into a habit of eating well. Not into Paleo diet yet, but hopefully one day. I feel like getting into a routine of exercise, work, and study is really important in succeeding this exam for me. I can't even start studying unless I get a good run in and clear the cobwebs in my head..

I SHOULD HAVE exercised my way through testing and since I didn't, I gained weight I that I didn't need to gain. So now I'm trying to eat between the Wheat Belly “diet” and Paleo “diet” and feel much better just eliminating wheat from daily consumption. Next up is adding exercise back into my daily routine.

If I could do it all over again, as I work my way through the testing process I would never quit eating good food and exercising…I would keep doing it in addition to studying and working not working and studying INSTEAD of eating right and working out.

Haha I love this thread. Since I finished my masters, all I do is study now and workout. I've taken up the Insanity (Team Beachbody) workouts so I exercise about 6x a week which never happened when I had a tight schedule. BEC and workout. On the downside, I am so pale these days because I'm always inside.

    FAR 4/9/12- PASSED
    BEC 7/13/12- PASSED
    AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!
    REG-12/6/12 PASSED

    USC MAcc- Fight on!

They say good things come to those who wait, but only those things that are left by those who hustle.
