There won't be anything healthy about my post exam plans tomorrow. Probably large quantities of beer and a greasy cheesesteak. T-rex—been studying all day(with my allotted breaks of course)—I too am feeling study drunk. I just hope tomorrow's “hangover” isnt the blackout variety, I need to retain all this!

I had quit drinking coffee months ago. Yet today, I broke down. I just got back from Starbucks with my tall Americano. And it's sooooooo good! I NEED the caffeine to get through my last day of FAR prep.

I'm not too worried that this one cup will get me hooked on the stuff again.

I'm looking forward to preparing my own fresh, healthy food and exercising come Monday. Bye bye, Lean Cuisines and other garbage! Assuming I pass FAR, my goal is to whip myself into awesome shape by the end of this year. Maybe I'll do a before and after shot for fun.

I bought some Crest whitening strips today at Costco. I have a pair on right now. I'm hoping to brighten up my smile now that my coffee addiction days are a thing of the past. Gotta get ready for dating again in case by some miracle I actually passed FAR.

T-Rex.. those make my teeth sensitive. I'm the type of person that can bite into ice cream like a freak and everyone cringes watching me, but those strips ruin it, they start to hurt!

@Peanut, Oh yeah, the strips hurt big time! I can only do them for a few days and then I have to take a break. I can't bite into ice cream at all. Ouch! My teeth are sooooooooo sensitive that the dentist actually has to numb my mouth in order to clean them.

Even worse than the whitening strips is laser whitening. You get sudden nerve pain for days.

It feels good to be able to start putting my life back in order. I even went to the mall to try on some clothes. However, that was a mistake. I put on 7 pounds total since I began this journey over a year ago. That part's not so bad as I'm quite tall. The problem is that I lost A LOT of muscle tone. This was really obvious when I got a glimpse of my backside in one of those 3-way mirrors. Time to get back in shape!

Me and my hippie boys all got haircuts yesterday. I've been working out more than once a week and trying to wean myself off coffee.

I weighed this morning. Probably an all time high 🙁
