Longtime lurker, and I was really nervous about this score release. I passed the FAR in July 2013, but in January I was faced with losing that credit if I didn't pass both the REG and BEC section. I had failed the BEC twice, and the REG four times. Today I looked at my scores, and I got 79 on both. I used Wiley's test bank and all of Ninja's products and I passed. Anyone who didn't pass their section this time around, DON'T GIVE UP!!!! I read all of those don't give up posts after I failed, and I still wanted to. I had one of the worst GPA's in my class that actually graduated, I'm not working at an accouting firm, and constantly seeing failing scores were taking a toll. Take a break, re-energize, and trust the materials, Jeff put together a great program that is highly effective.

@CTM, thank you for the words of encouragement. A friend of mine told me that I should study the same section after taking the exam until I get the score as if I didn't pass the exam. That way as soon as I find out the score (if it's below 75) I still remember the materials and take the failed exam as soon as the next testing window starts. Has anyone done this tactic, and passed the failed exam? It sounds like a good idea if I manage time well.

    FAR: 74, 80
    BEC: 70, 68, 2/28/15
    REG: 75 Expired; 72
    AUD: TBD

@icandoit I did that for REG back in November and it worked for me. I focused on my weak areas from the Candidate Report as well as reviewing everything else. Just make sure you nail all areas for the re-take.

After 4 attempts I've finally passed Audit. Thank you God!!!

I was nervous because I ran out of time with 2 SIMS left. The Ninja MCQ was pretty on point with my score at 76%. My actual score was 77%.

    …..next REG

So glad to see people sharing my same Experience.

Feb 15th was my 1st CPA section to take. I think i did well in the MCQs, all familiar from what i studied in Becker. The Simulations however, were horrible. I was about to cry literally in the last hour but i didn’t have time to sop.

Since the exam day, very-long 11 days has passed.. working as a regular employee without any studies.. it feels so weird/wrong. Lol. I keep opening CPA Central -all the time-. But my score displays as “n/a”

Since I’m not familiar with this and its my First section i really need your advice in:

    1) How can i check my score (under Alaska state)? Am i doing it right?

checking my CPA central account >> User dashboard >> under the schedule CPA exam status?

    2) Do they send out email when my score is released?

    3) Most importantly.. I saw that my score should be out around the 10th of MARCH!! which is almost a month from when i took it (Feb 15th).. the question is Shall i start re-studying FAR?

or shall i begging with AUD? or simply wait for my score? #nerveRackingggg

If i retake FAR i honestly have no idea how to study for SIM… I studied so hard with Becker. But the SIM were so different!

When I got out of the exam i thought for sure im gonna retake this.

Now, after reading your experiences.. I’m thinking i might have a chance

    FAR May/17/15 - 70, 78
    AUD Aug/19/15 - 80
    BEC Nov/17/15 - 78
    REG Feb/24/16 - 78

Becker selfstudy + NINJA 10 point combo
Patience Practice Persistence.. & You'll get there!

I CANT BELIEVE I'M OFFICIALLY DONE. *Tears of joy*

For those of you who have taken BEC, how long after the release date do BEC scores post? I saw where they normally take longer to grade. I just took it today, so just to know how long the wait will be!

@pmiller – my BEC score posted exactly at the date and time it was supposed to (together with others' FAR, REG, and AUD scores). I believe BEC is supposed to post exactly the same as the other scores on the score release date, unless your score is borderline and so human intervention is needed to better grade the written communications. I tried to confirm this theory on this thread but no one responded. 🙂

@thekob, do you mind if I ask what you were scoring in Gleim when you passed/failed reg? I need to make 100% sure i pass REG on my first try or I lose EVERYTHING. Congrats on passing!

I waited until today to check because I just wanted to focus on BEC which I had earlier today.
