I just found out I failed AUD with a 73, it was my very first exam….discouraging of course but does anyone have any advice for my next step? I'm deciding between trying to take it again in the February testing window or if I should just move onto the next one? Thank you in advance for any advice!!

@CPAhopeful16 I took BEC first and made a 73. I didn't study while I waited on my score. When I got it, I studied another 3 weeks, took it again, and made an 82. You clearly know the material. Just take some time to go over it some more and take it again, preferably in February or else you have to wait until April.

@CPAhopeful if it were me, I would take the one you failed right away in the beginning of the next window. Then take the next test the second month of the window.

I just found out this morning that I got a 59 on AUD.. Talk about depressing. Has anyone ever felt blind-sided by a score? I left the testing room feeling more confident than REG which I actually passed with an 85.

    REG 83 - November 2014
    FAR 80 - April 2015
    BEC 78 - May 2015
    AUD 76 - November 2015 (Finally DONE!)

Thanks everyone, I guess I can't take it in February so I have to wait until April which sucks but oh well! Thank you and good luck to everyone!

I got a 90 AUD, so I feel really grateful. Just one more to go 🙂

For those of you who didn't make it, persistence and steady resolve will get you there. You can do it.

    FAR - 87
    BEC - 89
    AUD - 90
    REG - 89

Passed the CPA in May 2015!!!

NINJA Audio - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially if you have a time consuming commute behind the wheel!!!!! This product was my secret weapon every time.

@CPAhopeful16 With a score that close you should just take it as soon as you can at the beginning of next window. AUD is tricky with wording, so maybe focus your study techniques on making sure to understand the question, and when you are reviewing the material focus on the details. Most of all, you need to be confident in your answers! The killer in AUD is if you start to question yourself on something you know and end up changing your answer to an incorrect one

    AUD- 99 (11/26/2014)
    BEC- 81 (1/12/2015)
    REG- 85 (2/28/2015)
    FAR- ?? (5/18/2015)

@Laurren – I know what you mean. I felt sure that I was going to get over the AUD hump, but my score decreased this time. Back to the grind. I feel like I focused too much on the NINJA MCQs. I need to treat them as a supplement as they should be.

    FAR - 71, 76
    AUD - 72, 67, 74
    BEC - 71, 69, TBD
    REG - TBD
