I've never been so anxious for a score release before. I've also never been this close to being done. Oh man, I hope I'm done! Fingers crossed it'll be a good day. Good luck to everyone waiting!

i am taking the 19th as a PTO day. I figure if I get a passing score and Im DONE I am going to find the closest drinking establishment that is open at that hour and I'll saddle up next to the barnicles on the barstools and make a day of it.

If I didnt pass I'll probably do the same as above, just not be nearly as happy about it.

Good luck all, one week from today and we'll all be sweating it

I hear you @Jennifer! Good call @TommyTheCat – I support that fully; I told my office if things go well I am bringing in beer to cheers and then leaving to play for the day. Good luck to all and hopefully we will be ringing in next tax season as champs!

Am I the only one who checks the website every few days *just in case* they already released? 🙁

@itooshallpass nope, you're definitely not alone. Although, I'm not in a NASBA state, so I have to go to my Board's site to check the status.

with you itoo and jennifer. I check every so often in hopes that someone at the CA board of accountancy effed up and leaked it out. They seem to screw everything else up so why not screw something up in my favor.

    Took three(3) sections this Q4 2017: BEC (Dec 2nd), REG (Dec 4th) & FAR (Dec 7th). As a Canadian (International Candidate), if I pass one(1) section, I break-even & gain a little. If I pass two(2), I gain bigger. If I pass all three(3) sections, I won the ‘jackpot'!

If I fail all three(3) Sections, more work for me. Likely, I will be taking one(1) section per two-three months, until the 18 months threshold lapse.

So hopefully, I won't reached the 18 months threshold. For now, I am marking all the topics that showed up in 2017 Q3/Q4, I saw a pattern in my Q3/Q4 exams. The questions I got during Q4 exams are the ones I was weak at. But, I know my three(3) section scores will be higher than my Q1/Q3 results since I worked harder for three(3) exams, and put tons of hours studying. Not sure if they are good enough for three(3) passes. That's up for the CPA God.

Hoping for the best, and bracing for the worst. I am praying.

Earla I've tried asking you before but why tackle all in a single week, spreading yourself thin and in my opinion never really giving yourself the best foot forward to passing. I know your international and travel to take the exams but curious the logic behind taking 3 or 4 at once instead of at least splitting them into groups of 2.
With all the money you've spent traveling and in testing fees it may have been cheaper to have tackled each on there own, as it is you've made many more than 4 trips.

Im waiting on my second time REG score. Having passed the other three I will be done with a passing score next week. I feel like I will be more relieved than being excited and wanting to party once I find out my journey to becoming a CPA will come to an end. Hard work pays off!!

3 scores this window. So nervous. I'm hoping I put forth enough effort to pass all 3. I can't even think about how devastated I will be if I fail all 3. Hoping everything works out in my favor.

Are the scores schedule release on Dec. 19 at 1:00 am EST? Or is it night of Dec 19th?

tncpa2018 – if it follows previous quarters, it will be around 12:45 am Eastern on the morning of 12/19 for those of us who live in states that report on the NASBA website. Other states will probably have to wait until the morning, or the afternoon, or if you live in California you might as well figure it will be a few days… We will probably crash the NASBA site. I'm looking forward to Q1 and the more spread out score release. 🙂
