I've been doing this for almost two years. The earliest I have seen is between 10-11am Central time. I would say 75% of the time, it usually starts right after lunch.

I agree with WICPA06. I remember getting a score – the exam I failed 🙁 – around 11 AM EST. AUD was the first release in that day, though, so they had just started.
