Ha, the If I pass/fail game hits home for me today. I have been taking a review course to pass and every test I have taken in the last year I have been pretty confident. However, the review course is not offered during the winter session (only Spring/Summer/Fall). I self studied for FAR, my average test score was 70 by the end (moving steadily up from 62 and tracked on Wiley E-Testbank software). My average tests were over 75 towards the end. Normally my average when I take the test is 75 and average test score is in the mid 80's. You can see below the REG in 08 was taken with out studying, when I did the class I did 8 hours of class time a week and 40-100 MCQ's a day. This time I only did 40-100MCQ's a day. When I took the test I marked all of my question mark questions (ones I did not have a certain answer for) each booklet (and they did get harder) I marked 6-7 questions which would be exactly a 75% rate if scored as a percent of correct.
My official guess has been (to my wife, friends and anyone else who has asked) Fail = 74/Pass = 76.
As I have until November 13 to pass remaining part (FAR) I am not concerned about losing a part, but I have had this monkey on my back for 13 years and I want to be done. LOL
