Oh and I already registered for BEC again (yesterday).,,,I am scheduled to take it on July 1st at 4pm…Harwin location. So less than three weeks to study for that one!
I've had the CPA exam on the back burner for about 3 years and just stumbled across this forum. I've this is the third time I've taken AUD. The first two times I took audit I didn't study at all. in 2010 I got a 68, in 2011 I got a 62, and I just took it again on 6/6/12 and put in some study time starting a couple weeks before the exam. Nothing like the amount of time that I have seen recommended in other threads on this forum though. The suspense of waiting for my score to be released is killing me!!! I feel like I did good on the test but need to know if I'm back to studying for audit or moving on to another section.
Seeing the journey that everyone else has taken to get this exam passed (or those that are still working on it) has provided me some comfort and also made me realize that I need to put in a lot more work than what I had previously thought. I'm glad I stumbled across this forum. Good luck to everyone. I feel like 2012/13 is the year!!! Just praying I somehow squeaked by this first section with a passing score!
Illinois, it was a special situation. I had originally scheduled for 5/30/12 and got to the testing facility. I sat down and the system went down. Apparently there were widespread system problems with prometric that day so they opened extra days in June. I'm anticipating my score will come out tomorrow or early next week.
You actually don't have to wait..you can schedule now! I also did not pass BEC (I found out last Friday)…and already it is the following Thursday and I have paid TSB the $15 fee, paid NASBA the 190-something fee for the test, and I have scheduled with Prometric! You can start on that now! Good luck!
My BEC score will expire on 8/31/12. I passed FAR, BEC and REG. Do I have to sit for AUD exam before 8/31/12 or do I have to get the score before August 31?
