Gaston80MemberMy score for AUD 468 (California) a day late
consolation I got was a score of seventy-six.
7 6 !!
In light of my possibly record-setting/ breaking failed exams and retakes, I skipped my celebration to start my remaining subject, FAR. my mcqs were reported as being “stronger” down the column, but I must've bombed the simulation tabs. (“weaker” in all the break-down parts therein) .
Secifically for those who came up short this window, I wish you an excessive efficiency during your reviewing efforts and the proper passing results in your next attempt
76…

SMUT_CoMember@stokey I just passes AUD using Becker 2011 with the ninja notes and audio. I watched all the videos and took notes on them first, then did all the MCQs and collected my fact nuggets. For review I wrote the ninja notes did a dozen or so 100 question quizzes and worked all the Sims and practice exams. I was able to improve my score from a 67 to an 89. I studied for 5-6 weeks about 25-30 hours a week. I would listen to the audio on my drive to work and talk along with it aswell as listen to it in full at least once a week at work.
I found that having the information presented a few different ways worked well for me and Becker and ninja emphasis different information so it helps to get more “important” information to stick.
Good luck you will be able to take it out next round.

MIA2CPAMemberIn the world of CPA exams, a pass is a pass is a pass. I doubt whether anyone will ever ask about your scores once you have your license. People outside of the CPA circle probably think the difference between a 74 and 75 is just a point where in actuality the AICPA pass or fails you with purpose. Be proud of your 77 and GL on the rest of your exams. Same goes to everyone else!
BEC - 84
AUD - 83
FAR - 82
REG - 81I'm DONE! CERTIFIED PARTY ANIMAL!

MNCPA84Member@Stokey…Study MCQ's and study audit report paragraph chart (Chapter 1 Becker) until you go blind. I went through the 2011 Becker Audit MCQ's 5 times and probably went through the simulations a few times, too. It's easy to go through the Becker MCQ's since they are mainly concept questions. If you know the MCQ's on Becker, you should be able to fly through the MCQ's on the exam, leaving you with plenty of time to do the simulations (i.e. 1 to 2 hours). With the extra time to do the simulations, you can utilize the research tab to help you look up answers for the simulations. Also, if you want more multiple choice questions for free, go to cpareviewforfree.com. Just have to set up an account (name, email and password). Note, I passed my AUD exam in February 2012 with a 90 utilizing this strategy.

AnonymousInactive@ givemesleep (and all of the other people still waiting on BEC scores): I took BEC on 5/26 in Georgia (476) and am still waiting. I think that what makes the waiting even worse is all of the speculation about when scores should be released, why some are not, etc. I'm going with the bottom line that in general, BEC takes on average a week longer to be scored. You also have to keep in mind that some state boards, such as mine (Georgia's) are HORRIBLY understaffed; I wait an average of two weeks for a response to any of my emails.
My point is, there are way too many variables to consider and you are only making yourself crazy 🙂
On a side note, I'm not sure why ALL scores cannot be released at the SAME TIME. Aside from the usual speculation that the AICPA is comprised of sadists, is there a reasonable explanation for this?
Hang in there, all.

AnonymousInactive@ givemesleep – Happy I could provide some reassurance. Now you should go watch something ridiculous as a diversion. (Some of my standards: ‘Funny Farm,' ‘The Burbs,' ‘Home for the Holidays,' and ‘The Last Supper.')
