“We will post the scores as soon as they become available. We do not have an ETA at this time. Thank you for your patience. As the scores become available, they will automatically update on the client accounts.” -CBA Twitter
Well, it has been available since Thursday… and the Board is the one that couldn't retrieve it.
Why even bother to reply when it is just pointless?
Wow @Finn that is infuriating. How do they not have a backup somewhere? Why not have NASBA resend the results to a backup site/server so they can post it from there? Some of us can't afford to have this delay eat into one more week of the looming expiration dates of previously passed exams. Not to mention the people heading into busy season…
Why haven't we heard from Nancy Corrigan, president of CBA? At a minimum she should issue an apology. What about, as a token gesture, refunding our test fees? Is she even aware of this failure of her organization? I am insulted that the CBA does not even give us the courtesy of posting an explanation or updates on their web site.
I am going to call her office tomorrow and encourage everyone affected to do the same. The number for administration is (916) 263-3680. If anyone has her direct office number and/or email please post on this thread so we can reach out to her directly.
If Ms. Corrigan cannot manage this issue, maybe it is time for new leadership at the CBA.
I don't think they are giving us enough information to confirm either way and in some cases it seems like they are giving us conflicted answers. I feel like they just have no clue when the scores will be out which personally makes me think we would be lucky to even get them Monday.
Just talked to the board and a very nice lady is helping me get in touch with the enforcement managers and hopefully president. Let's see if I actually get a call back from them.
They did look into my account and said no score was posted as of yet, so not sure, if NASBA has truly sent over our scores.
