    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

The answer is B. Comparable sales.

“The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

I'm just ready to be done and move on with my life. My new job pays for the exam (old job didn't), I get 1 hour paid study time per day (old job didn't give any study time) and I get a 5k raise once I pass my final section (yep! You guessed it! Old job would not have given me anything). The support I've received on the forum is just amazing!! Believe me when I say I'm not over failing by a few measilly points. I'm pissed!!! That's what's motivating me!!!

I put that 73 everywhere!!! It pisses me off every time I see it. When I'm pissed I study better and I'm more focused.

I could totally co-miserate. BEC was my last test to pass and then I was done. I just checked today and got a 74!! How could they?! Now I have to retake and I don't even know what to do differently. When are you re-taking?

I need to join the group. Just got my 71. Ready to kick this exam's butt! I bought the Ninja MCQ a little bit ago and already started doing questions. Hubby is out of town and I'm single mom for a few days, but hopefully my kids will still give me a little bit of time to study!

I only budgeted 3 weeks for BEC because I always heard it was the easiest… and I'm finding B1 already to be extremely challenging 🙁

    @ Amanda 1988 on cramming

Yeah, I just started studying this week and plan to schedule for first week of July. I just started off right with the ninjaMCQ. I have Becker book for reference, but just reading that or watching the videos is too boring to me. I'd rather just use the test bank.

Seriously Becker? Anyone else see this in B2? Does the text mention Delphi somewhere and I am just blind?

Which of the following forecasting methods relies mostly on judgment?

    a.

    Econometric models.

    b.

    Delphi.

    c.

    Regression.

    d.

    Time-series models.

    Explanation

Choice “b” is correct. The Delphi method of forecasting involves the use of multiple teams in geographically remote locations. Information is shared and gathered in a central point and compiled and then redistributed for comment. The method is highly interpersonal and requires significant judgment.

    BEC: 74, 78
    FAR: 73, 77
    AUD: 77
    REG: 67, 71, 68, 76

    DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
