    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    First time around I felt I knew COSO very well but some of the COSO questions I got were WAY out there!! Very convoluted. I got comparable per my score report. Was weaker in Financial and Ops Mgmt so I focused on that. Went over everything but put more effort into those 2.

    Roger's materials dedicate about a textbook page to the direct method and step method, but not the reciprocal method.

    Good luck Casagarber!! We all need it!

    Heres some feedback. 1st testlet was medium, 2nd was out of this world, 3 – kinda medium. The essays were about IT not documenting control changes, implementing ERP, benefits of Balanced Scorecard.

    Good luck to you all.

    This question came up before regarding IT jargon:

    Structured portion: computer can solve

    Unstructured portion: requires manager’s insight and judgment

    @ parsenov

    The testlets are given to you based upon your prior performance. You likely did well on the first, so you got a hard second, but you did not do well on it so you got easier for the third…

    This is why people think they passed and are shocked otherwise: they only got easy testlets which they think they aced …

    Well…I feel more exhausted coming out this time than last…is that good news? Hopefully. Of course I made the horrible choice of looking up some answers and found a couple I got wrong…ugh…hard not to do that!
