    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    Theory 70 Calc 30. Not easy test by any means. Now I can only hope. when I failed FAR it was harder tho lol. Lets start a new cause “PFZ” Pray for zack haha

    @Nick good job on getting above 90% on the tests but it may not be 100% accurate. I've taken a few in the last hour and there are a large amount of questions I had seen before and could remember the answer. Not trying to be a downer just a word of warning.

    The theory piece. Gov/IT/Eco, more so theory in costing. Like balanced score card and project management. I am about to finish review of the book. So will be doing very selected MCQ's till I go to bed.

    Keep doing something even if you are done preparing.
