    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    @amra Good luck. I notice we have remarkable similar testing dates. I'm glad I wasn't the only one to give myself 3 weeks for BEC.

    Who cares. This is my attack:

    Crush M/C. Open my essay with a good intro, fill the body with a lot of B/S, and then write an exceptional conclusion. Boom.

    @howdyus Testing in NJ too on Fri. 29th; Good Luck!

    I took the practice exam (CPAExcel) and got an 80%.. but not really sold on that.

    Been doing MCQ's for two days, will finish with a 300-400 mcq drill tomorrow then game time 🙂

    Protien powders mess my stomach up. So don't have it if you are not used to drinking protein powders.

    I eat like boiled eggs and toast and a few sausages. One apple. Keeps me fueled right through.

    Oh yes also watch some music video before leaving and pray all the way while driving to the center.

    I eat about 4 boiled eggs. Keep yolk in one only , others are all whites. (Yolk is full of cholestrol ). 2 to 3 toasts with smart balance butter. 3 breakfast pork sausage. Oh you will feel like a champ.
