    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    Think I'm taking my text to bed with me and reading it until I inevitably pass out in cost accounting.

    @RandomAlt just remember that the cost is probably fixed being such a short time away.

    so this additional cost of being sleepy. Is it a Sunk Cost, or Discretionary Cost. Is there anything else you would do besides studying. What is the opportunity cost.

    Oh God. I am really loosing it now.

    I'm losing it too. I am reviewing B1 and realllllly can't find the energy to go back through the MCQ. They are just so long and brutal. I am just going to review the book and re-write formulas and pray pray pray. This cost and variance stuff just kills me. @howdy, yes I looked at econ again the other day and it just is a ton of info. That section took me a long time to review yet it is one of the best scores I have had on homework. This info is just all over the place.

    AUD - 73,91

    I used Becker review + flashcards, Ninja Audio, Ninja MCQ supplement on BEC and REG.

    Done! Praise God!

    Cindy in Yaeger did a pretty decent job with Variance. If you have the wiley book just read that. It is only 3 pages in think.

    @yorker

    I like to read the last sentence of the question first and look at the multiple choice options. That way I don't waste all that time writing out the full question if I don't need certain numbers involved in the problem.

    Thanks howdy. I only have the becker book. I plan on looking at that section again tomorrow. Maybe something new will stick. I have the ninja audio but I didn't hear him even mention variances unless I missed something. Pretty sure I have listened to every section? I will just try to get the most of what I can with becker I suppose

    Yorker – I really don't think it is normal to be able to process some of these becker questions. I am just going to stick with that theory.

    I was trying to do the questions too. They are just too many. I am just trying to review the book now and leave it Gods hands from there on.. I have one more day .. that is thursday. So I can stay up late today and reasonably late tomorrow night.

    The good thing is that it will over at least on Friday.

    @howdyus this is my last exam to and i reallllllllllyyyyyyyy need to pass it on the first try. My plan is to reread first part of Ch 1 and all of ch 4 tmr because those 2 chapters make up 30% of the exam and they are theoretical so it shouldn't take to long to review them.
