    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    Anyone done a practice test yet?

    @TigerWoods

    I have never been able to reach the level of doing a practice test. 🙂 . Thought I would mention that. Holds true for all the exams I have taken.

    So if you are not able to get to practice test then so be it. I focus on trying to review the concepts.

    @Tiger, apparently Becker's first one is too easy and the second one is nearly impossible.

    I'm not even going to bother.

    Also, if you guys use Becker to do progress tests, how many questions are included in each one?

    @ _Nick_ thanks for the info. I'm just going to do the second one then. Hopefully I can pass it.

    I didn't think the second one was impossible, but it was definitely challenging.

    I did not do the practice exams, I opened my BEC software and looked through the practice exams last night. Literally they do not compare to the test. I would really enjoy knowing what I did terribly on for the exam, but I already know, it was the cost accounting, which there was not much but I know i got those 3-4 questions wrong and there were some questionable IT ones also. The becker practice exams are just out of this world harder. The exam is just alot shorter and more simple in length but the concepts are there.

    How is it shorter? 72 questions is 72 questions.

    I'm guessing you're referring to length of each individual question based on calculations?

    @Tiger, what did you think?

    First one was a lot of old homework questions, so it wasn't the best judge. Second was great because of fresh questions. It was pretty difficult, but I managed to get right below a 75 average on m/c. I'd recommend the second one just to see new questions.

    For those using Becker, appendix in IT chapter looks absurd. Thoughts?
