    @h0wdyus

    Incorrect

    The answer is B. Comparable sales.

    “The use of comparable sales is not an income approach to valuation of a business, it is a market approach. Under the comparable sales approach, the value of a business is determined by comparing it to other entities with comparable characteristics for which the value is more readily determinable.”

    This was a tricky one

    @stoleway Correct

    Basically everything was in that first line. They threw in a bunch of extra information to throw you off.

    I think there are about 4 identifiable methods of preparing sales forecast, I will try to understand the basics, esp those methods but I wouldn't dive deep into it. Its not even covered in Gleim, but BEC questions can be pulled from anywhere.

    Question…..

    Corbin Inc can issue three month commercial paper with a face value of $1000000 for $980000. Transaction costs would be $1200. The effective annualized percentage cost of the financing, based on a 360-day year would be ?

    A. 8%

    B. 8.65%

    C. 8.48%

    D. 2.16%

    I cant understand the solution given in becker? How would you do it?

    @stoleway

    Bar code reader reads the code of the item you are scanning and puts it into ( inputs) it into a database , so input. Modem is a transmission in and out of data from the internet. Very loose wording again, but input output is the best choice

    @ Wannabe is the answer C 8.48%
