NYC: If it wasn't in their current outline at all you have a legit complaint! If you happen to fail you should follow up on it. BEC is not the one I'm worried about. If I have a strength at all it's BEC. It's the other three that concern me 🙂
NYC, taking Audit prior to BEC helps a lot with the corporate governance portion. Yaeger even recommends referring to Wiley's Audit book to review for BEC. If that was one of the areas you had those off questions…
RedSox. I had May 14th in my signature but I had never actually scheduled it. I got a little off track but nbd. I still have plenty of time to study. I paid for the exam a couple days ago and just scheduled the test yesterday. Have 12 hrs left of video then on to reading, homework and review. Been working 70hrs/week on top of other stuff going on as well so my study hrs per day has been limited. Thank goodness for all the different study mediums. Good luck to those taking the exam this week!!
For Control Activities it ties to your risk response. In order to carry out risk response you need to implement control activities such as establishing new policies/procedures.
