I live in NY and I am waiting for the last part, BEC. I went on NASBA website and tried to reregister. I got the following message: the user requested is not in the system. May that mean that I passed BEC?

The loophole only works if you try and sign up in Ohio. The other states will let you register even if you've passed.

no, I tried to reregister on the NY NASBA website, not OH.

If you get the “all parts of this exam are still in process” message when you try and sign up in OH, chances are you passed. Otherwise it would let you register. This isn't definite though.

I'm as anxious as anyone, but getting your hopes up or down based on some supposed loophole is silly. Be patient and wait for your score.

yeap. I hope this is the last time when I wait for a score. I got the $10 software to get the score by email. It works like a charm. I hated going on NASBA website…and the website was always down after 8:30.

CPA Way: I bought the app too. It worked great when I was away from my computer. I am ready for my score, either way.
