I wonder if technically the loophole is still working, b/c if our scores are uploaded and it's not letting us register that means we must have passed. Even though the wording doesn't say “you've passed all parts” wouldn't it mean that we did since we can't register?
I know, but if you are using it because you aren't from Ohio, what happens if you are from Ohio. It doesn't seem to make sense that we would be able to use that loophole. haha….If not, this is lame.
BEC is the last score I'm waiting for and I'm still getting the “in process” message when I try the loophole as well. I'm not taking that to be a bad sign, so my hopes are up right now.
i'm with you msm. MA requires 150 credits to actually become certified (you can sit for it though if you have 120 credits, so equivalent to a bachelor's degree) i also got my MBA from the same state university my bf worked for. got my undergrad degree from there too!

I agree with you! I think if they have our scores, which some called to find out, and you check using the loophole, if nothing changes, hopefully we passed. I guess I will have to wait tonight to find out. I think the scores should be out around 10:15 pm Eastern.
I paid for my MBA, and six months later turned around and started working for them. It sucks if I knew I was going to work for them I would have waited and took the classes for free!
I just called NASBA and they've got my score. I am not getting too excited yet but am kind of assuming that OH would let me register if I didn't pass, esp b/c someone posted earlier that they were able to register in OH for BEC this morning and couldn't yesterday. Fingers crossed…
I asked the rep when the scores will post and he just said within 24 hours.
I'm from indiana jurisdiction just tried the loop hole for BEC (gave on 05/24/2010), it didn't let me register for BEC. does that mean i passed ?? some one pls. help ..

There are 5 – 6 people I see on here all getting the same message, “in process”. I have a feeling that they have figured out a way to keep this message open until the scores have been posted. Statistically, one of us had to fail and therefore would be able to register if they haven't made any updates since the last testing window.
I tried using the Ohio loophole earlier today and it allowed to register to BEC which would indicate that I failed. I then called NASBA and they informed that the grades are not uploaded yet and the systems knows that the grades are in but it does not know or can not match the grade to the open NTS and that is why it lets you register, however when you get to the end of the registration process and have to pay for the test it would not let you do it because there is no score uploaded yet. I am really hoping that this is true since this is my last section.
