Nothing to hinder your spirits while studying for FAR like finding out you got a 74 on BEC…..Question is now, go back and do BEC right away, or keep plugging away at FAR (3 of 9 chapters done)?
sorry to hear oobaisi 🙁 that sucks!!! 74s should not be allowed. they should automatically bump you up to a 75!! i would keep going with FAR. wait till you get your paper results, see which areas you need work on, and then pick it up once you are done with FAR. good luck! i moved on to FAR, too

and oobaisi…i am in the same boat as you, i have AUD and REG done. BEC for me was a retake in may (i failed with a 66 in march). my plan is to sit for FAR middle of aug. and if i fail BEC reapply for a new NTS the moment i finish FAR and retake BEC at the end of aug. that way i will make it at the end of the testing window.

@oobaisi Bummer. Sorry to hear. Based on the warnings Jeff has posted about the upcoming 2011 changes, I'd stay on target for FAR. Jeff has suggested FAR & AUD will change the most and to get them done ASAP. You'll get BEC. Stay with it.
Mike actually does consulting work for a company I used to work for in NYC and was my classroom instructor for Becker's live BEC review course. He's a nice guy and I was able to retain everything that he explained.
I thought he did well going through the IT section of BEC and it was nice to have a new person for a change…but i just never understood the whole “roman I” instead of “roman numeral I”….
