At this moment, my box for BEC is not grayed out and I am in the first window. Hopefully, this loophole does not pertain to us NYers.

A few Questions:

Which state are you sitting from? Did you try to re-register in Ohio by using your SSN or jurisdiction ID? I noticed that this is your second section. Loophole arguably works only if it's your final section. Is this the first time that you're taking BEC>? From your REG score, I am still optimistic about you passing BEC. Hang in there…
