Has anyone in NY used the loophole? I am terrified to use it and get upset if I can re-register. I have heard NY doesn't work all the time.

@Sara-2bcpa – NY will allow you to register for all exams you have already passed, so I believe it doesn't work. Good Luck!!!

@ Determinedtopass, Thanks I have heard that before from ppl about NY. I'm not going to use it, I'll wate until tonight. Don't want to freak myself out over something that's not 100%. Good luck to you too!

I'm so confused now. I read that the state of GA has been updated, so if I passed, I shouldn't be able to re-register for BEC. I just tried the loophole, and I'm still getting the same message as before…”We are sorry. All sections of your CPA exam are still in process.” I don't see any of the other sections that I've already passed greyed out. Is this correct? Help!

Angela, If you have two or more NTS' open it wont work (that's what I have heard). So the message is referring to other NTS' that you have taken or haven't taken yet and haven't been scored. Hope this helps.

Shawna, I passed FAR and REG on the first try for both. BEC is KILLING me though. This would be the 3rd time…..and I don't think I could handle taking it for a 4th time haha…
