MPoni- I'm using the Becker materials (expire July 20) for the IL exam. I passed Audit and Reg with flying colors in my first attempts, and felt I had BEC down great. Unfortunately, my exam had so many questions about the areas Becker said are rarely tested, and actually had little to no cost accounting. I walked out figuring I was borderline, but I'll just take that as a learning experience and tough it out again. If I had passed I was going to sit for FAR July 19, but I've now pushed it back until Aug 31 while I review BEC and wait on my NTS. Hopefully I'll sit for BEC again in early-mid July, then start the FAR process.

Well its the en of the road BEC 84 Adu 78 FAR 81 and REG 85. Thanks to the support of my wife and family I will be certified within the next 2 weeks. I used Bisk and completed the money back guarantee. thats my secret. best luck to all candidstes.

oobaisi – i use Becker as well and it worked for both AUD and REG for me, too. however, i don't think it adequately prepared me for BEC. i ordered the Yaeger homestudy for BEC today ($400 later!) to supplement my studies even more. i used the another71 discount code though, which saved me $100. (would have cost $500) i plan on doing the same exact thing you are….taking FAR on 8/31 and retaking BEC 2nd week of july. i already reapplied for a new NTS on friday. so as soon as i get it, i am scheduling both exams!

Is anyone else trying to take the NC BEC exam? I can't believe that NC still paper mails you your results…. I tried to call on Friday to see if they had received my score from the NASB, but the woman wasn't very clear. I hate the waiting as I am sure everyone else does!!

Hopeful this time around.... Back after a 2 year break!!
