    We talked about it at a training session at work, but since I work at such a small firm it is not affecting any of our clients, yet. We did talk about actually promoting it at some point because it appears to be inevitable.

    CanDoIt – I only used 2008 Becker with updates. I was so lazy to read the updates until 2 days before my exam. I was like damn it – Independence Rules and 35 pages of Chapter 5 updates! So I crammed all those info into my head as there was no time to feel sorry for myself, because all those new rules were just enacted in July.

    There are new rules for audit? Must have missed that part but I didn't notice anything about new stuff.

    Can someone please explain me how do you determine what Wave it is? So if Audit was released today that's waive 1????

    ona80- this is wave 2. Wave 1 was July 1st – August 7th (roughly). Wave 2 was August 8th (roughly) – August 31st. There may be a Wave 2a which is borderline people.

    Wave 1 were released mid August and were taking July-August 7 (if you had a new sim, you would not be in wave 1 though). Wave 2 is the release we are waiting for now.

    There were changes to the definitions of material weakness and significant deficiency that are part of the new rules Hayley was referring to. There was other stuff to but I can't remember all of it.

    yeah, I'm with you blondequeenx, who knows. I thought I aced it, but I started second guessing a couple weeks back, so I guess I'm prepared for anything.
