    I took my on 8/7, pretty much borderline of when new SIMS cameout. According to Jeff I should have been in Wave 1. I am from CA and so far no news even though quite a few in CA have gotten their scores.

    Hope I am not the in supposed Wave 2a – the folks that got between 72 and 78.

    Have been asking around and CA Board usually post the scores in the morning so I will have to wait till tomorrow.

    I took my AUD exam August 8th too. And yet I wait for a score…. What does that mean for me if they really did have cutoff as Aug. 8th? Could I have been a borderline score?

    CanDolt where are you from?

    Here is what jeff says:

    Q: I didn’t get my score and Wave 2 seems to be over – where is my score?

    A: Your score is in what I called “Wave 2a” – which is usually approx. 5 business days after Wave 2 is released via NASBA for a particular section. This isn’t official, but “Wave 2a” scores tend to be between 72 and 78.

    Hayley- Did you get the final review or are you just sticking with the main review material? I am assuming Becker by the reference to pink dresses… 🙂

    SwissBliss – D&T is Deloitte and Touche? You don't have to pass the exam to make manager there? We can't even get promoted to senior until we have passed.

    np, Hayley, enjoy your time with Tim, I know I had a blast. If everything goes right, I'll pass this one and be done. Something tells me I'm not hunting Petey down for my free cup of coffee – HA! And Tim, well hopefully it's BAE BAE!

    Certifiable…

    D&T = Deloitte & Touche

    PWC = Pricewaterhouse Coopers

    E&Y = Ernst & Young

    Certifiable, not sure of their policies. The whole title system screws me up anyway since our firm doesn't use any. No matter how long you have been here you're professional staff. There were people who had been with the firm (Deloitte) 5-6 years who had not attempted any sections, and my husband who passed his within 18 months of joining the firm was let go first. I shouldn't complain though. They didn't take him out of his out-of-state training with co-workers and give him a plane ticket home and take his computer on site….they did that to some other people.

    I know at some firm's it used to be not mandatory to have a CPA until partner so no one got them. Then they changed the rules so they allow people to become manager & once they make manager they have X amount of time to get the CPA license.

    I just figure we'll need something to occupy our time since we won't be visiting here very often. 😉
