I got my results in the sunny state of Washington this morning. I passed with a 99! They must grade on a curve…

BEC (May 09) – 87

AUD (Aug 09) – 99

REG (Nov 09)

FAR (2010)

Well this sucks. I don't know how this is going to happen. AUD was my last exam and I studied so hard for it. I got a 71 and I lost REG. I'm in such a state of shock right now. I can't believe this happened. I know it's not a matter of intelligence because I've always done well at everything, including my job. I wanted this journey to be over. I'm wondering if this was meant to be.

Crossfit, do not give up now!! It is not a matter of if it is meant to be. You just have to keep cranking away at it. I know people who have taken 14 or 15 exams and they just keep pushing on until eventually they are CPA's.

Not sure if you work the problems on the Wiley CD's, but those seem to help me a lot.

Please, keep on pushing forward. Do not feel sorry for yourself. Keep working hard and good things will come.

CrossfitChick… You've passed FARE, BEC and REG already. You did such an amazing job! I'll probably have to pass FARE 5 times…

You just must take take a deep breath and pass REG and AUD again… you know a lot already, I'm sure you would just need a fresh approach or a different look at things. Strong people are not those who never fail, they are those who deal with failures and overcome them. Best of luck to you!

I think reading the AR/AT articles works a lot on me…. i try to summarize all the important articles in my own comfortable way.. AUD is not that hard, just a work of logic and summary. Once you have the whole image with the process ,everything is easier.. Wiley's book is much useful.. i don't know the CD, coz I bought it ,never use it. Actual exam is much easier than Wiley's MCQ. once u crack all its MCQs with a good margin,say 90%, I guarantee u pass….

Someone gave me this book of quotes once…their goofy but one of them does keep me going sometimes. It says, "The difference between the possible and impossible lies in ones determination." If you stay determined, you can do it! You can do anything if you want it bad enough!

I am new at this so maybe its just that I am not worn down enough. I took FAR in July and got 63. I am mad but had a lot going on. Now waiting for AUD which I felt much better about when walking out the testing center. I'm not saying I passed but I'm sure I did better than the 63. 🙂 Now trying to study for REG (10/9) and BEC (11/19). I think the process will take longer than I expected and hoped but it will be worth it in the end. It definitely puts a halt on studying when you are going crazy with anticipation for a week straight for scores.

I am studying for REG as well. I have just heard to do all the MCQs and Sims over and over. I am not sure how much time people study but I am lucky to get through the online class and final review materials. Then I have been doing the final exams a couple times and then going over the sims (which I need to do more of). We'll see if it worked for AUD …hopefully before 9pm tonight.

I used Becker for Reg. I did all the MCs 3 times and took all the practice exams and SIMs. And passed with 95. Good luck.
