There is nothing I hate more than Peter Olinto's voice. It blocks learning for me. I dont remember the lectures when I am in a CPA section. I remember my studying and I know the pages so well that I can even picture some answers on their pages. I watched maybe 4/9 lectures for FAR…I felt it was like someone teaching off a PowerPoint presentation, but intead of teaching, they were reading straight off of the slide.

Come on Gang!! Don't do Tim & Pete like that. I just took AUD yesterday and I think the lectures were very helpful! I can say that the BECKER final review was not as helpful as I would have liked (unlike REG which was great) but from someone who just took the exam yesterday, I can say that there was minimal amount of questions that Tim & Pete didn't talk about (I'm using 2009 BTW)

I tired not doing the lectures for one of the chapters and it just didn't work for me, but that's just me. I just had to hear Gearty's voice.

By the way, I haven't seen Olinto in almost 3 months now. I took FAR then AUD and now I'm studying for REG. The last few chapters of FAR are taught by Gearty, all of AUD is taught by Gearty, and the first 5 lectures of REG are taught by Gearty. I'm can't wait to switch it up again and watch an Olinto lecture!

just took audit this morning…not sure how i did….anyone know when the 2nd wave of score realeses start for jan-feb window?? also, sinc ei took march 4th, am i in 2nd wave or is there going to be some kind of 3rd wave?

There seem to be a lot of people especially Illinois people still waiting for Audit (I'm one of them). I am hoping that there is some sort of mid march release for wave 2 or at least some of wave 2 or something! This is really getting ridiculous, I wonder if it is just new simulations or were more of our tests new because they will be changing Audit next year and they are trying out new questions etc…

AFrieds – There are three others beside me in the IL forum waiting for audit. I really hope they release us sooner. It is hard enough to wait three weeks, three months would be horrible. :O)

back from taking Audit….not sure how I feel. I knew alot of the mc questions but the simulations weren't what I expected. I do know I finished the test ALOT quicker than FAR.
