I tried the loophole yesterday morning, and I was allowed to register for AUD. Found out last night I failed. I hate speculating when it comes to this whole process, but I think if your score has been received and it allows you to register, you probably did fail. I have passed two parts and am scheduled for my fourth, all on the same NTS. My friend who passed all four parts in 2009 was able to register for all four sections in OH. Examine away 🙂

i just checked loophole again hoping it all of a sudden changed…but its still available for registration through ohio….. booooo! very very discouraged

I checked again to. It is still available to re-register through my own state. I will confirm when I get the score if I passed but I am going with I didn't pass.

Bad news! the loophole is letting me register, I stopped at the screen that is asking me for employment information…..darn!!!!

This is my 2nd time I fail AUD!!!!!!!!!

OK, it's for sure, I went through the entire process and AUD is the only section I can take, the other 3 sections I passed are shaded!!!!!!!!

The loophole is for real!

Now, I wonder how bad I failed. First time was a 70; I don't think I could have done any worse than that????????

AUD is so tricky or the CURVE killed me because there are so many auditors that score very high….

I wish the loophole worked in MI. It was just going to let me pay 243.00 for BEC, which I passed at the end of last summer!
