sroman05: Sorry for the delayed response working.. or a bit. I didn't recieve my score yesterday and the NASBA confirmed my score is there now. So I am assuming they grey it out when it isn't ready and now that mine was processed and I can schedule for it I assume I failed.

Why will NASBA not confirm to me whether or not my score is even there?!? It is super frustrating because a lot of other people have had them do it for them! All they will tell me is that I will have it by the last day of March.

ihatestudying I have called 2 times 🙁 and both girls gave me an attitude and won't say anything besides “last day of march”. I know that we are all calling and probably bugging the crap out of them but their job is “customer SERVICE” and if it is not against the rules (obvi since other people have been told) then they need to step their game up and answer my FREAKING question!

In which other service industries is it permissible to treat customers disrespectfully, charge ridiculous fees, provide awful service, and not experience a huge decline in customer base? According to my studies from BEC, the NASBA appears to be a pure monopoly….ironic.
