Waiting for my last score. I hope this is the one. Bummed because my state (Washington) changed contracts and now we have to get our scores through NASBA. We used to get them from Castle, which releases the scores the morning after aicpa does.

Jeff—any news about Auditing from the AICPA??

dopefreediva – The AICPA releases the scores. It is usually around 5PM EST, but there is no real set time. Jeff says that they have released as late as 8 PM EST. At this point, being nearly 7PM EST the probability is looking slimmer and slimmer that AICPA will release today. Having been through four test windows and a number of score releases, I feel your craziness.

tkemp6 – I assume you are a NASBA state and are looking for your BEC score tonight. NASBA usually post around 9 PM EST giver or take 30 minutes. I know it is difficult to not check, been there. Good Luck on your BEC score. Hope you get that passing score.

Lee-IN, yup, you hit it on the head, thought I was in the BEC forum for some reason, whoops. I'm taking Audit March 8th though for the 2nd time, hoping to just improve by 1 point! lol

Jeff, If and when you learn anything today, do you believe anyone will be able to tell you if either AUD or REG got released yesterday by the AICPA? I bet alot of folks are hoping for something tonight in addition to the BEC folks.

Sigh, waiting for these scores is very stressful. hard to focus on FAR on 2/26 when I have the anxiety of passing AUD hanging over my head. my world will crumble if i have to reread internal control testing

tmccarron…….you and I are in the same boat! I took AUD on 2/5 and am DYING to see my score (as I got a 69 on it, then a 74) and I'm taking FAR on Saturday 2/27 but am NO WHERE NEAR ready to take it.

Since my REG expires on 5/31, I'm going to take FAR anyway in hopes that I pull a 75 out of my hat (for lack of a better word!)

If I do pass AUD, I'll have the April/May test period to try FAR again. If I don't……I'm gonna DREAD taking both AUD & FAR over those 2 months.

Next Saturday becomes a long shot…………but then again……sometimes long shots come in first and pay high odds 🙂

best of luck, cpawannabe. this is my 2nd time around for Audit. 71 the first time.. i felt much more confident this last time but, of course, I have traveled the path where i doubt myself more everyday as scores come closer to being released.

fortunately, i have all of this next week to cram as I have requested mon-fri of next week off of work. if i pass AUD and fail FAR.. I can handle that, as my credits dont expire until Nov. i sincerely hope you pass as retaking prior passed sections is like a knife in the heart.

I've found taking the FAR becker questions and writing the rules to the questions regardless of right or wrong choices has really helped me retain concepts, as rereading followed by burning through questions has helped my concept retention very little. I'm hoping I can ride that strategy through to passing next friday. any tips youve found helpful? seems we're both in a position where time is against us 🙂

I am in the same boat also. I sat for AUD for the fourth time 11/13/09, and resat 1/5/10 for the fifth time. I really want to know if I passed, but I am also concerned that I had new simulations and I am going to have to wait for another month or so.

At the same time of having score anxiety I have test anxiety because I am studying FAR. Planning on sitting the first week in April for FAR, I have to move REG that is scheduled 4/2. REG has to be done by 5/12 so I think I will be sitting on that day instead, and then f/u with BEC.

This is so stressful & waiting doesn't help all the other issues.
