I can understand how that would be depressing. Hang in there…if this is something you really want you will do what it takes to get the job done. Even if it is difficult. It will make passing that much more sweeter….

Im also in somewhat of the same boat as you. Just gotta keep on trying! I thought my chances of passing this window was better, guess not. I wish i could go on the loophole and my AUD would be grayed out. lol

I think I see that people are attempting to re-register for the part they took and if it is grayed out they are thinking they passed, is that correct? I read a little of the Loophole thread but I'm still a bit unsure. Anyway, I tried to register and I got this message….

I didn't get far enough to see any parts grayed out. Do other people see this? The message I got seems like it would be normal during score updates.

I've been wondering where people see the message at? I go in to re-register and the box is not grayed out. I assumed that meant I failed. Am I suppose to continue to try to register again to see what message I get?

kt….i see the same as you..just a list of the parts with audit not grayed out..i can put a check in the box..but i never tried to continue from there

ihatestudying – Don't get so down on yourself. I know it has to be really depressing and discouraging, but as Shawna said, you should be proud of yourself for even attempting to take these tests. The CPA Exam is statistically one of the most difficult professional exams (if not the most difficult). That's what makes the CPA designation so special and it will be worth it in the end when you do pass. Just keep your head up and keep trying.

blahblah- I'm getting the same message as you. At this time, we're assuming that means you passed since we're technically unable to register. I still have FAR on my NTS and won't take it until July.

I'm in MA, but when I try it, all the tests are available to select. I passed one exam already, so I'm guessing it doesn't work for my state.

Note: do you have to go through the complete registration? I stop when I reach the accounting hours, last accounting course, etc. questionnaire.

thanks for the words overwhelmed……i just want to scream sometimes…last thursday night when i got my 71 score for BEC…i almost screamed…id rather a 50

Ok Overwhelmed….. we are very much in the same boat then. I still have FAR on my NTS and will be taking in August. I already passed the other two. It would be such a relief to know that I am studying for my last part!!!!

blahblah – We're in the same exact boat then. I've already passed BEC and REG as well, so I'd be so thrilled to pass this one and only have 1 more left. I've been studying FAR but I really hate the material. What state did you say you were in?

ihatestudying – A 71 would be tough…I feel the same way. I'd rather make a 50 than be so close…and hey, just scream sometimes. I've screamed and cried out of pure frustration when I got my scores – it makes me feel so much better! Hopefully the loophole is wrong and you've been worrying all day for nothing.

Overwhelmed — I'm in Ohio. Yea, FAR has been tough to get into… but hopefully I'm getting over the hump. I'm hoping that getting my Audit score will help me focus.

soooooooooo … waiting on AUD … i have AUD and BEC on the same NTS – havent sat for BEC yet … and just tried the ohio loophole and it lets me check AUD … does that mean i OFFICIALLY failed AGAIN?
