Shawna – LOL, I kept hearing that the loophole didn't work for NY but it worked for me both times that I took the exams. I am going to check tomorrow morning if BEC is released today. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the ball gets moving this afternoon!

Well good…then it works for everyone I guess. Literally, people got mad at me for telling people how the loophole worked. I was giving “false hopes” and other things of this nature.
