Overwhelmed, the loophold has ALWAYS worked for me regardless of the pending exam status.

Shawna – I've got AUD and FAR on my current NTS. I took AUD on 5/28 and I'm taking FAR on 7/23, so you're saying if I try the loophole it should still work?

I don't have my jurisdiction ID here at work, but I tried to do it through the NASBA website as if I'm trying to sign up to take an exam. This is the message I got:

We are sorry. Currently all sections of this exam are still in process. Please call the number below.

Yes – it will still work. It will continue to say that all sections of the exam are in process until AICPA releases scores to NASBA. You can keep checking your status until a few hours before the NASBA release. If it stays the same, you passed. If it lets you reregister for AUD, you failed. This does not work for NY though.

It actually does work for NY – that's how I found out I failed REG last time. I got the same message that OverwhelmedHG

mentioned until the say after teh AICPA release to NASBA – when I woke up in the morning and signed on – it let me register for REG. I found out that night from NASBA that I got a 70.:(

Yay! Thanks Shawna. It worked for me for REG – I may have to try it if they release AUD tomorrow, because we're going to my fiance's parents' for Father's Day and his parents don't have the internet. I'd be a basket case all weekend!

If they release AUD tomorrow, the loophole will most likely work on Friday mid-morning (depending on if they release it). I don't think they will release AUD tomorrow though. Every section I have taken was released last….you can blame it on me.

I was hoping they'd release BEC today and AUD tomorrow, but that is just wishful thinking. You're not the only one who is bad luck – I had to wait about 6 weeks for REG.

I'm in the Alanta area too:) If you can consider McDonough the Atlanta area. I moved up here a couple of years ago to take a job with my firm and this is HUGE compared to my hometown.
