This is absolutely ridiculous…..someone needs to tell them to improve their systems…..it is 2010 and we have to go through this torture…24-48 hrs is more like 42-84 hrs or even more, who knows!!!!

Unfortunately I work in the same building as NASBA and know first hand that anything their “representatives” say is total BS.  They will say whatever they need to to get off the phone.  I have even walked down there multiple times to get answers and have only found that every person who works there is border line imcompetent

Do you think the flood has anything to do with it taking so long?  Right now they have missed the 48 hour deadline.

We have had brown outs and our internet has been intermittent ever since the flood due to the clean up.  I would not be surprised at all if that had something to do with it.  With that being said, they are on the 10th floor of our building and said themselves they were unaffected once power was returned and scores would not be delayed because of the flood.

And to add fuel to the fire, don't forget AICPA just renewed their contract with NASBA.  NASBA is simply horrible to work with in every way shape and form.  It has been a nightmare from start to finish.  I am embarrassed for the profession that they continue to employ these idiots to manage this process.  And don't forget how much money we have all spent for this unprofessional, incompetent, and totally outdated experience.
