Me too! I toook AUD on 4/1 and REG on 5/5, this is killing me and it doesn't help that AICPA released BEC two full days ago and nothing else. WTF!?!?!?!?

I hate this exam with a passion and I want my life back, I am retaking FAR on Wed (got a 71 on 2/26) and this score release is screwing with my head

Well lets hope that IL will release sometime tomorrow! I have FAR on Wednesday and am waiting back on this audit score (unfortunately scored a 71 the first time I took it). I can't decide whether I want to look (if I didn't pass again I'd hate for it to ruin my confidence on Wednesday) or not! If I passed AUD all I have left to pass if FAR! I felt really good coming out of audit (but thats what I said the first time and I got a 71) so hopefully this process is almost over. Well back to studying FAR, this exam is loaded with so much info I have no idea how to keep retaining everything…good luck everyone.

I got an e-mail from NASBA just now…

There is NO chance of an AUD release this weekend…their IT dept. is doing a system update.

Does anyone know if TN reports Wave 1 scores? I have been told by a few different people that TN holds the scores until the end of the testing window and releases Wave 1 and Wave 2 at the same time. And if this is true do you still think the loophole would work considering the AICPA has released the scores? I am just not looking forward to waiting another 4 weeks for my AUD score…

I am so happy I found you… I want to tell u my story…I have a MBA, accounting degree and I work in collections for $10/ hr. Depressing…but happy I have a job. And I screwed up my credit as welll….because of this economy…. I read your posts, thanks God I found you..and I decided to study for CPA. But I live in Ohio and the job market is screwed anyway, and I am thinking to have the exam in New York (I lived there for 12 yrs) and also OH.

It makes me feel so good, and I have to much hope when I read your posts. I guess It matters the most the motivation, and also …I am surprised to hear that you can actually prepare an exam in 1 month even though we all work.. Good luck and I will keep you updated. But I want to be a CPA..

for all the aud passers and takers… i am studying for aud right now and my exam is scheduled for the 31st of this month. i just got news yesterday i did not pass bec, but considering i am going through a very emotional time with a divorce and stuff, a 70 isnt too bad.

i am super motivated to absolutely kill this aud exam. i am studying with becker and noticed that i have approximately 1001 questions to go over and learn before i even get to the sims.

does anybody have any advice they can give me on how i can dominate aud?

any help and motivational advice would greatly be appreciated.

After listening to the lectures and reviewing the text I focused on the MC questions. I would answer each question and read both the correct and incorrect answers. I spent the last 10 days focused on this.

Take the progress tests. I took them chapter by chapter. Lookover the text for areas anything you don't score well.

Take the Final test. Lookover anything you don't score well. I found 2 – 3 weak areas just before the exam and quickly learned the information. Lucky for me – those items all showed up on the exam.

Have a game plan for the written communication. Short and to the point. Practice a few research look-ups.

This worked for me. I passed with a score of 85.
