RRCPA the loophole “worked” for me.

When I tried to apply under Ohio I got a “scores” in process msg. and Oasis gave me the “scores received, should be received in 10 business days, etc. msg.”

Not sure if this means the loophole worked for me or not, but when I tried it all day, I got a message saying that “all sections you are registered for are currently in progress” so it wouldn't let me re-register, and I ended up passing.
