How bad would it be if i took off four days during busy season? - Page 5

    I basically got an opportunity to go on a cruise to the bahamas for free for 5 days but the bad side is I just found out about it and the cruise is in 3 days.

    The plus side is im only an intern

    Obviously i leaning towards staying in work but i wanted to see what you guys think, its gonna upset me alot knowing i turned down a free cruise (ive never been on one)

    He smartened up, not only did he go, but he took a position as crews director/wedding singer with Royal Caribbean!

    “Busy Season”… I was in public for almost 2 years. Busy season is a joke. In some professions busy season is just the job. Before public accounting while I was obtaining my education I worked as a fitter in a fabrication shop… I would take everyday of “busy season” as opposed to any other day working in the shop… I guess its just perspective though… In case you couldn't tell my opinion… GO ON THE CRUISE!!

    LOL, I would do it because work doesn't rule my life (this will prob get me in trouble in the future, but I'd rather live my life than worry about work controlling it) and also because travel is my passion.
