[Crunchtime]

Hey guys, I got a 74 on my BEC section, I am thinking of getting a score review and see what happens. NASBA says less than 1% of getting points added but it might be worth a shot. Have any of you guys did this? I am curious about the process and general experience from this. I think I might get a point added due to the writing portions, do you guys think it is worth it?

@ABTX411. Well your the first to ask that question, yes english is my first language. It is a forum and I never look at my grammar and punctuation. I have a double major in accounting and english and I am a published author. Thanks for the post and I will read it tonight.

Again, I absolutely was not not trying to be rude. 🙂 This is actually great news, because it's a lot easier to fix a MCQ deficiency than it is to improve one's writing in such a short period of time. If I can figure out how to put my final review packet online, I'll send you a link. It might help.

I got 74 this time and last time taking BEC. I looked into the score review process. My board said that the less than 1% includes before the test was on the computer. I called NASBA and the rep said that it will be reviewed by the computer and using the same key. No person will look at it. So it is just essentially checking that the computer functioned right.

If you live in an appeal state you may try that, but I don't know how successful those are.

That is very impressive! I did some freelance writing and editing for a magazine publication right after I graduated from college, but it was just something I did to pay a few bills while I took some personal time.

That is why I am struggling majorly with BEC, I am weak in MCQ's. I wish there was more simulations. I understand them and take them in the prometric setting way better.
