I was finally able to get in touch with Shelly Crosby from NASBA to have her send my scores over. As of this past Wednesday I am now a licensed CPA. It seems like right now Shelly is your best bet. Her email again for anyone needing it is, scrosby@nasba.org.

@monikernc so I contacted Ms. Crosby on monday and she got back to me sending a PDF form of the congrats letter. Does that mean that scores are being sent to NY state board as well now or what? I'm not sure how that works. I've submitted all the forms I've needed to on my end.

Space, I don’t know what that means but send Ms Crosby a follow up email and ask her. Be sure to gush thanks – I swear that woman must be overwhelmed and these questions really are below her pay grade but because she is the a Director of Client Services she gets the job done. I would still be waiting for my license if not for her.

NY handles their licensing process once NASBA sends scores so she may be limited in what she knows and can do. You can also reach out to the NY Society of CPAs and see if they can help you understand the process or reach out to Board on your behalf. Have you read the NY Board website to see if next steps are posted there?
