Hi all,

I’ll preface this post by saying if everyone knew how many times I’ve taken the CPA exam, a lot of people wouldn’t believe it. I’ve been at it for a very long time.

I need help choosing another CPA review system. Gleim was not useful for me partly because of technology hassles – the simulation practice parts are in Java which was slow on any computer I used and as a result I did not practice them as much.

I need to study with other people. How can I do this? Are there any good live courses with study partners? Do any of you have study partners? Do you have success using this forum to study with others for the exam?

I also made the mistake of taking the other sections before FAR. I came within one point of passing AUD but messed up the unexpected FAR questions that always wind up in AUD simulations.

I’ve lost all my credit so I’m starting from scratch, but at my peak I passed REG (75) BEC (75 & 79), got very close on AUD (73,74), and never took FAR.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
