Help! Issue while Testing.

    Who do I contact with an issue while taking the exam, that I could not finish? I have sent an email to two different addresses I found on the NASBA site but could not get through to a phone number during my lunch hour.

    I was taking my REG exam yesterday and everything was going smoothly. I finished the 3rd testlet and started the next when, because I believe there is a higher power who believes this not my destiny..LOL, my mouse clicker got stuck and submitted my exam. I’m not even sure how this happened to be honest because there were no issues up until this time. When I went to click no don’t submit I couldn’t get the mouse to work correctly and it was submitted. I just sat there in disbelief, I wanted to cry, then I wanted to scream and then I was just pissed. I walked out at the lady said that she would send the report. I was in such a fog at this point I actually signed out in the sign in and had re sign out where I did the exact same thing again. I just sat in my car staring blankly for 30 minutes or so. I put so much time, energy and money in this exam. I just seriously want to quit.

    Any advise?
