@trele6 The scorecard is something that's generated I think for everyone who fails an exam, and depending on the state some people get them for exams they pass, too. I've seen people on here say they passed with weaker in this and stronger in that, but I never got a scorecard for a passed exam (and since I didn't fail any exams, I haven't seen one myself at all). From your signature, looks like maybe you've only passed an exam so far? If so, then if you're in a state that only gives them out for fails, that'd be why you haven't seen one.
@Sunni If you scored just barely below passing average in all the categories, then you could be really close to a passing score but still be weaker in all the categories. Like if people scored a 75-77 on average in each of the categories (pretend it's a percentage just for the sake of discussion…), and you scored a 72 in each of the categories, then you'd be weaker in each category, but just barely weaker in each. Sounds like rather than you have really strong areas and really weak areas, your performance was very consistent across all the areas. Not sure if that's making sense… Like instead of having a few area that you got 85% right in and a couple that you got 45% right in, it sounds like you had almost all of them around 70-ish, and then SIMs were 75-77 or so and Specific Transactions were probably above 78 or 79. The good news is, most people struggle more to improve their SIMs than their MCQs, so hopefully improving your MCQ scores will be very attainable for you on this next go-around. The other good news is, it doesn't look like you have one specific topic that you're just unable to handle, but a bunch of topics that you had real close, and just a little bit more knowledge on all of them will get you over the edge. So, as disappointing as this failure is, I think this score report shows that you have a really solid chance at passing FAR on the next go-round. 🙂
