I saw a post from like 2 years ago about how someone put on like 12-15lbs studying for an exam. I think I’m well on my way, which is terrible, but I feel like there aren’t enough hours of the day to work, cook, eat, and study. Not to mention I have to sleep, walk my dog, and pay attention to my husband from time to time. Anyone have any tips on not being 50lbs heavier by the time it’s all said and done? This is only my first exam of the bunch (studying for FAR) and it’s rough…mentally tired all the time. =/

    Scheduled for 2/22/16!

    **God, please give me strength!!**

    Using NINJA exclusively. 🙂

    FAR - 2/22/16 (First Attempt)
AUD,BEC,REG = First attempt back in 2012-straight horrible...
I WILL BE A CPA BY THE END OF 2016!

Before I started studying for the cpa exam I was starving myself and working out 4 hours a day and waitressing on 800-1200 calories. Started studying and binged almost everyday probably going up to 5000 or 6000 calories a day and no movement at all. I’m about to sit for far in a few days and a week ago I realized I was getting winded putting on my socks. I gained about 40 pounds and I don’t want to starve again so I’m eating 1600 cals and working out lightly 1 hour a day to start out. Once I hopefully pass far my stress will decrease and the weight will start to go down with it.

Sounds like a good plan for weight loss and continued preparation for these exams. Good diet, healthy sleep and positive attitude are what it takes! Good luck!🍀 You can do it!

    FAR 7/25/15 76!
    AUD 10/30/15 93
    BEC 2/27/16 82
    REG 5/23/16 88!
Ninja Book and MCQ and the forum - all the way!!!
and a little thing i like to call, time and effort!
if you want things to change, you have to do something different
