Scheduled AUD exam Jan 15, On Friday, January 14, Prometric called to follow-up on my upcoming test. I disclosed that I got covid on December 31 and ended by isolation on January 10. I was not allowed to come in as per Prometric covid policy, and my appointment got cancelled. My NTS expires on January 21, 2022 and I emailed CBA (California) if I can extend my NTS. Expecting a reply midweek due to MLK holiday.

What are the chances of me getting my NTS extension? I have my physician letter to back it up, what other documents do I need to prepare.

I think you should be okay it may take some time never happened to me, but just canceled my REG exam and a doctors note was sufficient. but since my Exam credit is expiring a while from now they said (NASBA) that you should apply for credit extension when time gets closer. Im located in NY so not sure how every state is running especially with Covid-19 rules and regulations are different for every state. for me they said the earliest to test is FEB 1st 2022 and I was tested mid JAN. Best is to call NASBA they would know better.
