With all of this COVID stuff that has engulfed our world over the past year, has anyone heard of any state board of accountancy agencies granting exam credit extensions for sections already passed? With everything that we all have experienced during this crisis, I’m sure we could all use a little extra time given the circumstances.

That would be nice but i doubt it since we are still able to take the exams during this covid period. The credit extension was offered last year due to not being able to test for 3 months i think. But who knows right?

They offered extensions last year during the peak of COVID because they were actively cancelling appointments and not letting people test, sometimes for months at a time. I believe they extended all credits expiring before 12/31/20 to 12/31/20. Stinks for the people that had them expiring 12/30 haha.

@Southfldiver I actually called in and they told me who to email to request an extention. I initially extended from October to December, had trouble still finding seating in time even with continuous testing. So I wrote in again and they extended me until June. They just take it to the board and write you back. Good luck!

    Hi,
If the expiration date is 6/30, are we still able to take exams leading up to 6/30 or do we need to have a passing score of the final exam before 6/30?
