Pretty much what the title says. I tried to login and it won’t take my password. I know my email is registered because I can get their reset password links, but each time I click on one it gives me the “We’re sorry…” error message. I don’t even know how and why my account got “locked”. Anybody else dealt with this issue and how did you resolve it?

I had the same issue a few months ago and couldn't remember my “secret questions”. I guess they were really super secret cause I sure didn't know them. I ended up calling them at the main number in Nashville and telling them the issue and they reset it so I could do the password reset request and I was then able to reset it while I was on the phone with them.

My teenage son to me "If you don't pass, it isn't like you'll die or anything."  True.  Very true.  Just do your best, it's all you can do.

I do not know the answers to the secret questions that I am being asked. I do not remember setting the answers up.

I need to log in to recieve my score report so that I know what to restudy for the retake.

    Best,

I think their main number is (800-272-3926). You may want to give them a call and see if they can help you get logged back in. The site isn't undergoing maintenance, so this is likely your best route.

Hey you wouldn't know who top call regarding credits ect. I went to Baruch College and took many classes to get to 148 credits, how would I know those credits are acceptable to reach the 150?

any number or contact info for that?

thanks in advance btw in NYS…

The best way to see what qualifies is to reach out to your state board and submit your transcripts. They'll evaluate the courses and tell you what qualifies and if you're cleared for the exams. I'm assuming you're applying in NY as well, their general contact info and main line is:

    NY State Education Department
    Office of the Professions
    89 Washington Avenue
    Albany, New York 12234-1000
    Phone: 518-474-3817

Thank you so much I will get in touch with them after the weekend I appreciate your input and advice!

The reason I am asking is because I know many graduates from the same college as myself have taken a 1 credit class on accounting that was given over back then in college, wanted to see if anyone else had a similar class requirement out side of NY or even in NY?

Texas has something similar, but they don't really offer the three options NY does. Here it's generally 150 hrs minimum with I believe its 30 or 36 hours of upper level accounting (most of which are in person) and an accounting ethics course (it can be master's or bachelor's level) to be eligible to sit for the exam. I don't know if things have changed in the last couple of years, but that's what I had to meet to be eligible.

Is the problem solved? What did you do? Because I am currently facing the same issue over here.
