Anyone else cancelled by Prometric?

    I was on hold for nearly 20 minutes and an only showing one testing site in another state as an option to test. Prometric cancelled me two days before my exam (did this to me in May, also) and haven’t contacted me to reschedule and it’s been over a week. I’d like to sit on Nov. 14 or 15 since that’s the last day for that score cycle.
    Is nasba going to extend score deadlines? This is getting so difficult to schedule and test and it was already difficult…
