2 weeks before my FAR retake—what should I do?

    I have exactly 2 weeks until my FAR retake. I’m at 4000 ninja mcq’s trending 85%.

    My first test, I did comparable in mcq and weak in sims.

    I feel better in mcq’s now then the first time I took it.

    I’m thinking about going over all of my notes this week and condense then into one notebook. Also do about 100 mcq’s per day to keep it fresh.

    The final week, I plan to hit the mcq’s more while incorporating sims and reviewing my notes.

    How does that sound? Any suggestions?

    You took the exam already so you know what is on the exam, right?
    I assume that many of the exams will cover similar chapters.

    I just took my first exam yesterday, and it was on FAR.
    I plan to retake the exam at the beginning of July.

    My advice to myself is to spend more time studying certain chapters.

    1. Government & Not-For-Profit
    2. Stocks
    3. IFRS
    4. Statement of Cash Flows
    5. Bank Reconciliation

    I plan to review a little bit of everything, but I WILL focus mainly on these chapters.
    I will do more MCQs on these chapters.

    @CPA1: I mismanaged my study time, and I didn't do enough MCQs.

    This was my first exam, and I have been out of college for 4 years.
    I read all the chapters, so I was familiar with the majority of the questions.
    But I didn't have enough time to do more reviewing and MCQs to master each chapter.

    @Sang Thanks for your response.

    Would you say to skip practicing SIMS and just work MCQS?
