I’ve searched the clothing threads can’t find where to buy career jackets/Blazers for women. I’ve seen these lately with a different color trim, bright colored, etc. I don’t mean typical suit jacket but more of a mix and match that still looks professional. Anyone?
JCP! They had a dark pink one recently. The sleeves on the inside were striped so you could roll them up.
For anyone who may not be a size 2, I just got a blue (not navy) blazer at Lane Bryant. They have a bright green/yellow one but yellow isn't my color. I also have two printed ones that I got from LB and I pair them with colored skinny jeans to get away with jeans at the office on non-jean days.
I second JCP. The only thing I don't like about them is sometimes their jackets run too short, and are one button (especially in the summer). I also really like Steinmart (I live in FL). I like to wear dresses a lot and like jackets over them. I love bright colors – I bought a hot pink one and blue one about a year ago. For suits, I like Ross but you have to be patient because they have limited selection. There's a Jones New York outlet too that I like.
